All potential Investigators need to download the following form and fill in all the required information. Then submit IACUC Forms to IACUC, and Investigator material use form to the Research Manager: Marta Zamora.

Charge-Back/Fee Structure

Charge for 9.4 T Scanner:

•  $100 / hour for Cancer Research Center users

•  $150 / hour for non-Cancer Research Center users

•  $250 / hour for non University of Chicago users

•  MRI physicist: for data acquisition or analysis: $ 65 / hour

•  Gregory Karczmar/Brian Roman : $100/hr 

•  Veterinary technologist: $ 45 / hour

Clinical Imaging must be approved prior to the study with the Radiology Research Office.
